About The Itinerant Thinker

The name of this blog is intended to be humorous, but also it is a reflection on the nature of what it means to be someone who thinks in the 21st century.  With information surrounding us on all sides, what can we be but itinerant thinkers?

For those who are interested in more concrete information – I am an Assistant Director in the Writing Program at Rutgers University, where I coordinate Multimedia Composition courses within the English Department (Rutgers, New Brunswick).  I am interested in exploring the continuously unfolding relationship between creativity and technology, where the traditional lines between media producers and consumers continue to blur.
